Welcome to the Fine Arts Club of Pasadena!
Since 1913 The Fine Arts Club of Pasadena has supported the arts and artists of our community by sponsoring exhibitions, performances, and financial aid for students of the arts.
The Mission Statement of The Fine Arts Club of Pasadena explains the rationale for our existence. The Mission Statement can be found under a separate link at the top of this page. If you would like to learn more about who we are and what we do, please use the Request For Information form that is located under the Membership link at the top of this page. Additional information about The Fine Arts Club of Pasadena can be found on our Facebook page. Feel free to like us there!
Although some of our members are artists themselves, many of our members are arts patrons and supporters of the arts who simply enjoy art for it’s own sake. Our membership meets for dinner meetings and visual arts exhibits or performing arts performances several times each year and we have a number of committee activities that facilitate our ability to carry out our mission.
On October 4, 2013, The Fine Arts Club of Pasadena celebrated its Centennial anniversary with a Gala Event at the Athenaeum at Caltech.
On February 2, 2015 the Fine Arts Club of Pasadena inducted Robert Barbera and John Walz into the Fine Arts Club of Pasadena Hall of Fame. Mr. Barbera is a Past President and Board of Directors member of The Fine Arts Club of Pasadena, and has been a major benefactor to The Fine Arts Club of Pasadena for several decades. Mr. Walz is a previous winner (1974) of the Performing Arts Award from the Fine Arts Club of Pasadena. Mr. Walz has had a distinguished career as a soloist and accompanist on the cello. He is currently Principal Cellist of the Los Angeles Opera.
